PA Peace Alliance: VIP/BOOST Technical Assistance Orientation
PCCD has partnered with WestEd to provide comprehensive technical assistance (TA) and capacity-building support to all VIP and BOOST grantees throughout the grant period. This support is designed to help strengthen project implementation, address challenges as they arise, and connect grantees with practical tools, resources, and expertise.
Technical assistance includes a variety of supports, including:
● Individualized coaching and consultation
● Office hours and responsive technical assistance
● Live webinars and learning opportunities
● Peer learning and networking opportunities
● Access to subject matter experts
As part of the onboarding process, all new grantees were required to participate in this Technical Assistance Orientation Webinar (originally held on Thursday, August 13, 2026) WestEd introduced the technical assistance available to your organization, explained how to access services, and highlighted opportunities designed to support your work throughout the life of your grant.
