This tool will help your program plan its community engagement and outreach efforts by identifying partners, the audience(s) those partners reach, the purpose for engaging and outreaching to each partner, appropriate engagement and outreach strategies for each partner, items that need to be developed by the team, note who from the team will be taking the lead, and the timeframe in which the work will be completed.
