Training Opportunity for Frontline Workers

The Roca Impact Institute’s Rewire CBT training series is designed to prepare frontline staff to implement and integrate cognitive behavioral theory as a core behavior change intervention with the highest risk populations. 

Rewire CBT is a fully mobile curriculum that can be used with individuals in any setting and focuses on teaching basic concepts in frequent “doses”. This training series delivers seven Rewire CBT skills that staff can implement both with young people and with themselves to drive behavior change through learning to think, feel and do (act) differently.

Each series will include 2.5 days of in-person training at a Roca program site, light breakfast and lunch, workbook and key cards, text reminders for practice, and online access to all Rewire CBT tools and materials. Certificates of completion will be issued at the end of the series.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, April 8th from 9 AM - 4 PM
• Wednesday, April 9th from 9 AM - 4 PM
• Thursday, April 10th from 9 AM - 1 PM

The total cost for the training series is $1,250 per individual. The booking and/or cost of travel to and accommodations in Baltimore is not included.
