Join leaders of the Council on Criminal Justice Centering Justice project for a conversation on second chances, including examples of progress and barriers to successful reintegration. Speakers will examine how second-chance policies influence opportunities for people with criminal records and where these policies still fall short in producing public safety and justice. The panel will also discuss pending second chance legislation at the federal and state levels and consider how these developments may affect future policy and reform efforts.
